I was using the 'time to complete' metric, I think. Looking at it sprint by sprint. when I got back to August 23 it crashed, and provided this message: We're sorry, there was a problem processing your request: INVALID_DATE_RANGE_FROM_GT_TO. In the attachment the graph labels User Story and Epic are missing

Epic Names that start with a [ come out as blank

In the epic view chart, if you hover over a section of an epic with a name that starts with a [ (e.g. "[M1] Feature Blah") then the name does not appear in Plandek and is instead blank

I spent 20 minues trying to configure additional metric. finally failed unable to select a project. Unacceptable!

Coming as myself to https://dashboards.plandek.com/for/elsevier-hm/data/life-sciences/dashboards/biomedical-solutions/return-rate4/return-rate/general/lineChart and trying to configure it.
MY user has no ability to select a project. I lost time. I have no idea what to do, but seems the software is not working. No filters available. nothing.
